Aspirating systems can report up to 30 times quicker than conventional or analogue fire alarm systems. This is achieved by the detection method. Sampling takes place at the panel via air samples returned in "real time". A bar graph display indicates the levels of smoke present. The control panel normally interfaces with the main "house" fire alarm system. This detection method is suited to warehouses, stately homes/museums, control rooms and stock areas.
